BDF support added to Mobile Font Engine

As I suspected, BDF was not hard to support. Here are a couple of layouts in iPhone-sized screens, 320x480 and 480x320.

Hey, no, not really. Now that Arabic is supported in OS 3.0, and so by extension is Urdu, my main motivation is gone.
